To amend title 38, United States Code, to eliminate copayments by the Department of Veterans Affairs for medicines relating to preventive health services, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to extend to former members of the Armed Forces, discharged on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity, certain benefits furnished by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

To require sellers of event tickets to disclose comprehensive information to consumers about ticket prices and related fees, and for other purposes.

To provide emergency assistance to States, territories, Tribal nations, and local areas affected by substance use disorder, including the use of opioids and stimulants, and to make financial assistance available to States, territories, Tribal nations, local areas, public or private nonprofit entities, and certain health providers, to provide for the development, organization, coordination, and operation of more effective and cost efficient systems for the delivery of essential services to individuals with substance use disorder and their families.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to rename master promissory notes for loans made under part D to student loan contracts.

To authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Administrator of the Health Resources and Services Administration, to award grants to expand and improve maternal health care services, and for other purposes.

To establish within the Department of Justice an Office for Missing and Murdered Black Women and Girls.

To amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to provide for greater spousal protection under defined contribution plans, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to authorize grants to evaluate, develop, and expand the use of technology-enabled collaborative learning and capacity building models to improve maternal health outcomes, and for other purposes.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to streamline enrollment under the Medicaid program of certain providers across State lines, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act with respect to public health data accessibility, and for other purposes.

To require group health plans and group or individual health insurance coverage to provide coverage for over-the-counter contraceptives.

To prohibit and prevent seclusion, mechanical restraint, chemical restraint, and dangerous restraints that restrict breathing, and to prevent and reduce the use of physical restraint in schools, and for other purposes.

To end the shackling of pregnant individuals, and for other purposes.

To provide support for programs of the Department of Veterans Affairs relating to the coordination of maternity health care, and for other purposes.

To end preventable maternal mortality, severe maternal morbidity, and maternal health disparities in the United States, and for other purposes.

To posthumously award a Congressional Gold Medal to Shirley Chisholm.

To prohibit the interference, under color of State law, with the provision of interstate abortion services, and for other purposes.

To ensure affordable abortion coverage and care for every person, and for other purposes.
