To retain Federal employees who are spouses of a member of the Armed Forces or the Foreign Service when relocating due to an involuntary transfer, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to authorize grants to States, Indian Tribes, Tribal organizations, and political subdivisions thereof to hire, employ, train, and dispatch mental health professionals to respond in lieu of law enforcement officers in emergencies involving one or more persons with a mental illness or an intellectual or developmental disability, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to improve coverage of audiology services under the Medicare program, and for other purposes.

To improve the financial literacy of secondary school students.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to divert certain parents of minor children, expectant parents, and other caregivers from incarceration and into comprehensive programs providing resources, services, and training to those individuals.

To amend the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act to support workers who are subject to an employment loss, and for other purposes.
