To ensure the accessibility of drugs furnished through the drug discount program under section 340B of the Public Health Service Act.

To ensure affordable abortion coverage and care for every person, and for other purposes.

To make price gouging unlawful, to expand the ability of the Federal Trade Commission to seek permanent injunctions and equitable relief, and for other purposes.

To limit the use of Federal law enforcement officers for crowd control, and for other purposes.

To impose a moratorium on closing, suspending, terminating leases of, ceasing construction of, consolidating, or otherwise imposing any new limitation on access to facilities of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to develop and implement a program and national strategic action plan to prepare and empower the health care sector to protect the health and well-being of our workers, our communities, and our planet in the face of the climate crisis, and for other purposes.
