Hot Foods Act of 2025

To prohibit funding for the United Nations Human Rights Council until it condemns Hamas.

Condemning the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran for the massacre of political prisoners in 1988 and the uprisings of recent years, including the 2018, 2019, and 2022 uprisings, and calling for justice for its victims.

To promote election integrity, voter confidence, and faith in elections by removing Federal impediments to, equipping States with tools for, and establishing voluntary considerations to support effective State administration of Federal elections, improving election administration in the District of Columbia, improving the effectiveness of military voting programs, enhancing election security, and protecting political speech, and for other purposes.

To provide for a cause of action for any United States national who lost a relative due to COVID–19.

To require Federal judges and Federal prosecutors to submit quarterly financial disclosures to the Judicial Conference and the Attorney General.

To deter the trafficking of illicit fentanyl, provide justice for victims, and for other purposes.

To amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

To require reports on the immigration status of individuals convicted of State crimes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make alimony deductible.

To amend section 230 of the Communications Act of 1934 to limit liability protection provided by such section for providers of social media service, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to waive the early withdrawal penalty on certain distributions from qualified retirement plans.

To direct the Secretary of State to submit to Congress a report on the designation of MS–13, Queen Nation, Sinaloa, Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generación, and Beltrán Leyva Organization as foreign terrorist organizations, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Federal Government from imposing any mandate requiring an individual to receive a vaccine that has not been authorized for marketing for at least 10 years, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the availability of funds to provide assistance to foreign countries that criminalize or discriminate based on gender, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the availability of funds to provide assistance to foreign countries that criminalize or discriminate based on sexual orientation, and for other purposes.

To require the President to receive an annual comprehensive cognitive evaluation, and for other purposes.

To ensure the rights of parents are honored and protected in the Nation’s public schools.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase the limitation on the deduction for State and local taxes.
