Rural 340B Access Act of 2025

To amend section 324 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to incentivize States, Indian Tribes, and Territories to close disaster recovery projects by authorizing the use of excess funds for management costs for other disaster recovery projects.

To amend the Colorado River Basin Salinity Control Act to modify certain requirements applicable to salinity control units, and for other purposes.

To amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to treat the lease for a dwelling unit under certain federally assisted housing programs as a simultaneous application for voter registration in elections for Federal office, to designate owners of dwelling units under certain federally assisted housing programs as voter registration agencies for purposes of such Act, and for other purposes.

To assist in the conservation of critically endangered species in foreign countries, and for other purposes.

Supporting the goals and ideals of National Rural Health Day.

Supporting the goals and ideals of October as National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

Expressing support for the designation of the week beginning on October 13, 2024, as National Wildlife Refuge Week.

To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to require mandatory certification for certain students and reduce stigma associated with unpaid school meal fees, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to allow borrowers of Parent PLUS loans or loans under section 428B made on behalf of a dependent student to repay such loans pursuant to an income-contingent repayment plan or income-based repayment plan, and for other purposes.

To restore funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).

To establish an independent entity within the Department of Housing and Urban Development to acquire and maintain distressed real estate to stabilize communities and increase the supply of affordable housing, and for other purposes.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that every person has the basic right to emergency health care, including abortion care.

To amend the Controlled Substances Act to require regulated persons to identify tableting machines and encapsulating machines by serial number.

Designating the week beginning on September 9, 2024, as National Hispanic-Serving Institutions Week.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to expand the eligibility of students to participate in the supplemental nutrition assistance program, establish college student food insecurity demonstration programs, and for other purposes.

Recognizing suicide as a serious public health problem and expressing support for the designation of September as National Suicide Prevention Month as well as September 10, 2024, as World Suicide Prevention Day.

Expressing support for the designation of September 10, 2024, as National Firearm Suicide Prevention Day to educate about the growing firearm suicide crisis in the United States and promote the importance of storing firearms safely and securely as an essential component of suicide prevention.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal, collectively, to the individuals who fought for or with the United States against the armed forces of Imperial Japan in the Pacific theater and the impacted Saskinax people on Attu, whose lives, culture, and community were irrevocably changed from December 8, 1941, to August 15, 1945.

To establish the Great Bend of the Gila National Monument in the State of Arizona, and for other purposes.
