To amend title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to prohibit discrimination against employees on the basis of expression that describes, asserts, or reinforces the binary or biological nature of sex.

To codify Executive Order 14191 relating to expanding educational freedom and opportunity for families, and for other purposes.

To codify Executive Order 14172.

To require immediate changes to Medicaid relating to alien eligibility and payments to Medicaid expansion States that furnish health care to certain aliens.

To revise the duties of the Office of Refugee resettlement with respect to unaccompanied alien children, and for other purposes.

To address hostile and antisemitic conduct by the Republic of South Africa.

To prohibit persons who are not citizens of the United States, except for those from the Five Eyes, from accessing or entering Department of Energy sites and facilities.

To eliminate wasteful bureaucracies, modernize government operations, reduce regulatory overreach, and strengthen accountability and efficiency across the Federal workforce, and for other purposes.

To amend the public service loan forgiveness program under the Higher Education Act of 1965 to ensure qualifying public service excludes employment with organizations that engage in activities that have a substantial illegal purpose.

To direct Federal departments and agencies to verify eligibility for Federal benefits for individuals 105 years of age or older, and for other purposes.

To prohibit any Federal funds from being provided to the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority until such Authority is renamed the Washington Metropolitan Authority for Greater Access, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to reinstate the deduction for personal casualty losses as in effect prior to the enactment of Public Law 115–97.

To reduce Federal spending and the deficit by terminating taxpayer financing of Presidential election campaigns.

To authorize the Secretary of Homeland Security or the Attorney General to deputize a State or local law enforcement officer to protect certain events with temporary flight restrictions, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to exclude from the value of taxable estates bequests to certain exempt organizations.

To amend title 1, United States Code, to clarify that certain tax exemptions are not treated as Federal financial assistance.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow both spouses to make catch-up contributions to the same health savings account.

To designate certain organizations as foreign terrorist organizations.
