Recognizing the 250th birthday of the United States Army.

Energy Choice Act

To amend the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 to authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to waive the matching funds requirement under the specialty crop research initiative, and for other purposes.

To preclude absolute liability in any action against a property owner or contractor for projects receiving Federal financial assistance for infrastructure and transportation development, and for other purposes.

To require the inclusion of the Ministry of Public Security’s Institute of Forensic Science of China on the entity list maintained by the Bureau of Industry and Security of the Department of Commerce, and for other purposes.

To provide direct hire authority to the Director of the Bureau of Prisons.

Improving Training for School Food Service Workers Act of 2025

Establishing a Bill of Rights to support United States law enforcement personnel nationwide in their work to protect our communities.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide additional criminal penalties for aliens who are unlawfully present in the United States and are convicted of crimes, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase the advanced manufacturing investment credit, and for other purposes.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to authorize admission of Canadian retirees as long-term visitors for pleasure described in section 101(a)(15)(B) of such Act, and for other purposes.
