Safeguarding US Rulemaking Act

To amend the National Security Act of 1947 to provide penalties for unauthorized access to intelligence community property, and for other purposes.

To ensure that a fair percentage of Federal cancer research funds are dedicated to pediatric cancer research.

Honoring the service and sacrifice of America’s veterans on Veterans Day, 2025.

To amend the Fair Credit Reporting Act to expand the definition of an active duty military consumer for purposes of certain credit monitoring requirements, and for other purposes.

To require Executive agencies to submit reports to Congress regarding employees who are furloughed during any period during which there is a lapse in appropriations, and for other purposes.

To amend the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 to change the competitive bidding process for infant formula manufacturers under the special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and children, and for other purposes.

To amend the Defense Production Act of 1950 to include the Secretary of Agriculture on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States and require review of certain agricultural transactions, and for other purposes.

Supporting the designation of September 30, 2025, as Impact Aid Recognition Day to recognize and celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the Impact Aid program.

To require enforcement against misbranded egg alternatives.

To authorize the Secretary of Labor to retain in effect the adverse effect wage rate for a period of 2 years if the Secretary determines that there is not a valid method to calculate such rate, and for other purposes.

Welles Remy Crowther Congressional Gold Medal Act

To direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to negotiate an agreement with the Government of Canada for integrated cross-border aerial, land, and maritime law enforcement operations, and for other purposes.

To amend the Northern Border Security Review Act to require updates to the northern border threat analysis and northern border strategy, and for other purposes.

Honoring the life and legacy of Charles Charlie James Kirk.

Supporting the designation of the week of September 21 through September 27, 2025, as Gold Star Families Remembrance Week.

To prohibit State and local law enforcement from arresting foreign nationals within the United States solely on the basis of an indictment, warrant, or request issued by the International Criminal Court, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize certain health care professionals employed by the Department of Veterans Affairs to deliver, distribute, or dispense to veterans certain controlled medications via telemedicine under certain conditions, and for other purposes.

To require mandatory pretrial and post conviction detention for crimes of violence and dangerous crimes and require mandatory cash bail for certain offenses that pose a threat to public safety or order in the District of Columbia, and for other purposes.

Keep Violent Criminals Off Our Streets Act
