To amend the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act to limit the interest rate on student loans incurred by a servicemember before military service and consolidated or refinanced during military service, and for other purposes.

To transfer and limit Executive Branch authority to suspend or restrict the entry of a class of aliens.

Commemorating 175 years of diplomatic relations between the United States and the Republic of Guatemala.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the Citizens’ Stamp Advisory Committee, as an entity of the United States Postal Service, should issue a commemorative stamp in honor of Charity Adams Earley.

To make housing more affordable, and for other purposes.

To protect certain victims of human trafficking by expanding the authority of the Secretary of Homeland Security to grant such aliens continued presence in the United States.

To direct the Federal Trade Commission to issue regulations with respect to shrinkflation transparency, and for other purposes.

To establish, in the Office of Refugee Resettlement, the Destination Reception Services Program New Arrival Services Board and to authorize a grant program for providing funding for medium-term services to eligible arrivals in destination States and localities to promote their self-sufficiency, reduce costs of extended emergency service provision, maximize benefit to new arrivals and host communities, provide diversion from homelessness, and promote the effective navigation and compliance of the immigration process.
