A resolution condemning the rise in ideologically motivated attacks on Jewish individuals in the United States, including the recent violent assault in Boulder, Colorado, and reaffirming the commitment of the Senate to combating antisemitism and politically motivated violence.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to prevent and mitigate the potential for conflicts of interest following government service, and for other purposes.

Supporting the designation of the week of June 23 through June 29, 2025, as National Women’s Sports Week to celebrate the anniversary of the enactment of title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and the growth of women’s sports.

Designating June 6, 2025, as National Naloxone Awareness Day.

To require online service providers to disclose their acceptable use policies, provide users with written notice before the termination of a user’s account, and publish an annual report detailing actions taken to enforce their acceptable use policies, and for other purposes.

To amend chapter 33 of title 31, United States Code, to require adequate information regarding payments of Federal funds.

To require any convention, agreement, or other international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response reached by the World Health Assembly to be subject to Senate ratification.

To improve certain criminal provisions.

Energy Choice Act

To require the Secretary of Energy to identify entities engaged in activities detrimental to the national security, economic security, or foreign policy of the United States, and for other purposes.

Recognizing National Foster Care Month as an opportunity to raise awareness about the challenges of children in the foster care system, and encouraging Congress to implement policies to improve the lives of children in the foster care system.

Honoring the life, achievements, and legacy of former United States Senator Christopher “Kit” Bond of Missouri.

To require the Secretary of Energy to establish an energy threat analysis program, and for other purposes.

Congratulating His Holiness Pope Leo XIV on his election to the papacy.

Recognizing the significance of Jewish American Heritage Month and calling on elected officials and civil society leaders to counter antisemitism.

Congratulating the students, parents, teachers, and leaders of charter schools across the United States for making ongoing contributions to education and supporting the ideals and goals of the 26th Annual National Charter Schools Week, to be held May 11 through May 17, 2025.

To facilitate the development of a whole-of-government strategy for nuclear cooperation and nuclear exports, and for other purposes.

To amend the Clean Air Act to prohibit State standards relating to the control of emissions from existing locomotives and engines used in locomotives, and for other purposes.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to provide that certain treatments may not be covered under the health insurance program carried out under chapter 89 of that title, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to prohibit discrimination against health care entities that do not participate in abortion, and to strengthen implementation and enforcement of Federal conscience laws.
