Kids Online Safety Act

Congratulating the College of Idaho Yotes for winning the 2025 National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Men’s Basketball National Championship.

To amend the Animal Health Protection Act with respect to the importation of live dogs, and for other purposes.

Designating the week of May 11 through May 17, 2025, as National Police Week.

To prohibit payment card networks and covered entities from requiring the use of or assigning merchant category codes that distinguish a firearms retailer from a general merchandise retailer or sporting goods retailer, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, by adding an additional aggravating factor to be considered in determining whether a sentence of death is warranted.

To prohibit the Administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration from issuing a rule or promulgating a regulation requiring certain commercial motor vehicles to be equipped with speed limiting devices, and for other purposes.

To amend the Small Business Disaster Response and Loan Improvements Act of 2008 to require the Small Business Administration to coordinate with resource partners with respect to disaster planning activities, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to clarify that a permit is not required under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System for a discharge resulting from the aerial application of certain products used for fire control and suppression, and for other purposes.

To amend the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 to reauthorize the Collaborative Forest Landscape Restoration Program, and for other purposes.

To require the Director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology to establish a pilot program that uses testbeds to develop measurement standards for the evaluation of artificial intelligence systems, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to provide more opportunities for mothers to succeed, and for other purposes.

Supporting the goals and ideals of National Nurses Week, to be observed from May 6 through May 12, 2025.

To limit funds to the United Nations and other organizations that provide any status, rights, or privileges beyond observer status to the Palestine Liberation Organization, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of the week of May 4, 2025, through May 10, 2025, as National Small Business Week to celebrate the contributions of small businesses and entrepreneurs in every community in the United States.

Recognizing the significance of Community College Month in April 2025 as a celebration of the more than 1,000 community colleges throughout the United States that support access to higher education, workforce training, and more, and broadly sustain and advance the economic prosperity of the United States.

To provide for the treatment of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN), and the Pacific Islands Forum (PIF) as international organizations for purposes of the International Organizations Immunities Act, and for other purposes.

To restrict the use of United States Assessed Contributions to the United Nations under United Nations Security Council Resolution 2719 (2023) to support the African Union’s peacekeeping mission in Somalia.

To require the review of promulgated agency regulations and prohibit rulemaking by agencies, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of the month of April 2025 as “Parkinson’s Awareness Month”.
