To direct the Secretary of Labor to recognize employers with a commitment to helping employees balance workplace responsibilities and family obligations.

To amend the Older Americans Act of 1965 to authorize grants for training and support services for families and unpaid caregivers of people living with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia.

To direct the Secretary of Transportation to establish a program to support the research, development, demonstration, and deployment of zero-emission vessels and retrofit or replacement of existing vessels with zero-emission technologies and charging or fueling infrastructure, and for other purposes.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to prohibit payments under the Medicaid program for conversion therapy, and for other purposes.

To establish a low-income water assistance program, and for other purposes.

To require agencies that use, fund, or oversee algorithms to have an office of civil rights focused on bias, discrimination, and other harms of algorithms, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Transportation to issue a final rule setting minimum structural standards for railroad bridges, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the use, production, sale, importation, or exportation of any pesticide containing atrazine.

To subject certain private funds to joint and several liability with respect to the liabilities of firms acquired and controlled by those funds, and for other purposes.

To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to require mandatory certification for certain students and reduce stigma associated with unpaid school meal fees, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make certain provisions with respect to qualified ABLE programs permanent.

To require the Secretary of Transportation to publish a notice of proposed rulemaking concerning seat belts on school buses, and for other purposes.

To provide a civil remedy for an individual whose rights have been violated by a person acting under Federal authority, and for other purposes.

To amend title 11, United States Code, to prohibit nonconsensual release of a nondebtor entity’s liability to an entity other than the debtor, and for other purposes.

To require all newly constructed, federally assisted, single-family houses and town houses to meet minimum standards of visitability for persons with disabilities.

To improve the health of minority individuals, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Transportation to require certain air carriers to develop and regularly update an operational resiliency strategy, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to establish certain duties for pharmacies to ensure provision of Food and Drug Administration-approved contraception and medication related to contraception, and for other purposes.

To amend the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act to improve trauma support services and mental health care for children and youth in educational settings, and for other purposes.
