To extend to the Mayor of the District of Columbia the same authority over the National Guard of the District of Columbia as the Governors of the several States exercise over the National Guard of those States with respect to administration of the National Guard.

To require Federal law enforcement officers to wear body cameras, and for other purposes.

To require members of the Armed Forces performing active service in the District of Columbia in response to an order of the President which relates to crime or civil disturbance in the District of Columbia to participate in a program substantially similar to the Body-Worn Camera Program of the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia.

Expressing support for the designation of August 22, 2025, as Chuck Brown Day, and honoring Chuck Brown’s contributions to music and to the District of Columbia.

To amend title XXI of the Social Security Act to extend eligibility for allotments under the Rural Health Transformation Program to the District of Columbia.

To amend title 40, United States Code, to require a majority of the members of the Commission of Fine Arts to be residents of the District of Columbia.

To direct the Secretary of the Interior to remove the statue to the memory and in honor of Albert Pike erected near Judiciary Square in the District of Columbia, and for other purposes.

To amend section 148 of title 23, United States Code, to ensure blue envelope programs are eligible for certain safety project funding, and for other purposes.

To require the commanding general of the District of Columbia National Guard to reside in the District of Columbia.

To direct the Secretary of the Interior to remove or permanently conceal the name of Francis Newlands on the grounds of the memorial fountain located at Chevy Chase Circle in the District of Columbia, and for other purposes.

To amend the District of Columbia Home Rule Act to permit the Council of the District of Columbia to enact laws with respect to the organization and jurisdiction of the District of Columbia courts.

To revise the composition of the Board of Zoning Adjustment for the District of Columbia so that the Board will consist solely of members appointed by the Government of the District of Columbia, except when the Board is performing functions regarding an application by a foreign mission with respect to a chancery.

To amend title 40, United States Code, to prohibit the Commission of Fine Arts from exercising authority over non-Federal property in the District of Columbia, and for other purposes.

To amend title 40, United States Code, to remove the authority of the National Capital Planning Commission with respect to property owned by the District of Columbia, and for other purposes.

To modify the voluntary retirement requirements for members of the Foreign Service, and for other purposes.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 3401 12th Street Northeast in Washington, District of Columbia, as the Chuck Brown Post Office.

To revise the composition of the Zoning Commission for the District of Columbia so that the Commission will consist solely of members appointed by the Government of the District of Columbia.

To amend title 11, District of Columbia Official Code, to prohibit the exclusion of individuals from service on a District of Columbia jury on account of sexual orientation or gender identity.

To amend title 4, United States Code, to permit the flag of the United States to be flown at half-staff in the event of the death of the Mayor of the District of Columbia.

To amend the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 to eliminate the applicability of such Act to the District of Columbia.
