Restore Trust in Congress Act

To extend to the Mayor of the District of Columbia the same authority over the National Guard of the District of Columbia as the Governors of the several States exercise over the National Guard of those States with respect to administration of the National Guard.

Prioritizing mental health to the same degree as physical health to address the epidemics of suicide and drug overdose in the United States.

To amend title 28, United States Code, to prohibit the exclusion of individuals from service on a Federal jury on account of disability.

To repeal changes to Medicaid cost sharing requirements and the exclusion for orphan drugs under the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program.

Expressing support for the designation of September 22 as National Military and Veterans Suicide Awareness Day.

To amend the District of Columbia Home Rule Act to repeal the authority of the President to assume emergency control of the police of the District of Columbia.

INFORM Act of 2025

To decriminalize and deschedule cannabis, to provide for reinvestment in certain persons adversely impacted by the War on Drugs, to provide for expungement of certain cannabis offenses, and for other purposes.

To require Federal law enforcement officers to wear body cameras, and for other purposes.

To require members of the Armed Forces performing active service in the District of Columbia in response to an order of the President which relates to crime or civil disturbance in the District of Columbia to participate in a program substantially similar to the Body-Worn Camera Program of the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia.

Increasing Nutrition Access for Seniors Act of 2025

To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to provide for increased criminal and civil penalties for wage theft.

Expressing support for the designation of August 22, 2025, as Chuck Brown Day, and honoring Chuck Brown’s contributions to music and to the District of Columbia.

To require the Comptroller General of the United States to conduct a review of the Fine Arts Program of the General Services Administration, and for other purposes.

To modify the responsibilities of the Coordinator for Afghan Relocation Efforts, and for other purposes.

To provide for congressional oversight of domestic use of the reserve components of the Armed Forces, and for other purposes.

To amend title XXI of the Social Security Act to extend eligibility for allotments under the Rural Health Transformation Program to the District of Columbia.

Stamp Out Lyme Disease Act

Recognizing the nonprofit sector and the contributions of nonprofit employees, and expressing support for August 17, 2025, to be designated as National Nonprofit Day.
