Farm Credit Adjustment Act

To direct the Subcommittee on the Economic and Security Implications of Quantum Information Science to submit reports on mitigating the cybersecurity and national security risks posed by certain quantum computers, and for other purposes.

Condemning the tragic act of violence that took place in New York City, honoring the lives of the victims of the attack, commending the bravery of the New York City Police Department, and condemning acts of violence against law enforcement officials.

A resolution honoring the life and legacy of Dr. Edwin J. Feulner, and commending Dr. Feulner for his life-long commitment to the conservative movement and his distinct contributions to his country.

To amend the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 to prohibit State regulatory authorities from approving rates charged by electric utilities that engage in certain diversity, equity, or inclusion practices, or that consider environmental, social, or governance factors, and for other purposes.

To take measures with respect to certain property that is nationalized or expropriated by certain foreign governments, to amend section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974 to include expropriation of the assets of United States persons in acts, policies, and practices of foreign countries that are unreasonable or discriminatory, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Secretary of Transportation from entering into, extending, or renewing a contract with, or awarding a grant to, a sanctuary city, and for other purposes.

Veteran Burial Timeliness and Death Certificate Accountability Act

To require elementary schools, secondary schools, and institutions of higher education to ensure biological fairness in women’s sports as a condition of receiving Federal funds, and for other purposes.

To improve the missile defense capabilities of the United States, and for other purposes.

To require adequate traceability for expenditures by the Federal Government.

To require a homeland security border threat assessment on Tren de Aragua and associated strategic plan, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Secretary of Defense from entering into software source code contracts with entities with certain relationships with China, and for other purposes.

To ensure State and local law enforcement officers are permitted to cooperate with Federal officials to protect our communities from violent criminals and suspected terrorists who are illegally present in the United States.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for the removal and permanent inadmissibility of certain aliens convicted of assaulting law enforcement officers, and for other purposes.

To authorize the revocation or denial of passports to individuals affiliated with foreign terrorist organizations, and for other purposes.

To direct the Attorney General to identify and publish a list of anarchist jurisdictions, and for other purposes.
