To amend title 23, United States Code, to allow recipients of certain grants to improve highway safety efforts through the integration of predictive data analytics, telematics, and other advanced technologies, and for other purposes.

To amend title 49, United States Code, to clarify exceptions for limited recreational operations of unmanned aircraft, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to modernize physician, physician assistant, and nurse practitioner utilization requirements.

Rural Health Clinic Location Modernization Act of 2025

To direct the Secretary of Transportation to issue certain regulations to amend certain regulations with respect to farm-related service industry restricted commercial driver’s licenses, and for other purposes.

To establish Haskell Indian Nations University as a federally chartered educational institution to fulfill the treaty and trust responsibility of the Federal Government to Indians, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to prohibit the use of foreign feedstocks for purposes of the clean fuel production credit, and for other purposes.

To amend title 23, United States Code, to provide for a national standard to prevent driving while intoxicated by requiring ignition interlocks for DWI offenders, and for other purposes.

To authorize the use of Federal Bureau of Investigation criminal history record information for administration of certain licenses.

Recognizing the importance of stepped-up basis under section 1014 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 in preserving family-owned farms and small businesses.

Expressing support for the designation of February 15 through February 22, 2025, as National FFA Week, recognizing the important role of the National FFA Organization in developing the next generation of leaders who will change the world, and celebrating the 90th anniversary of New Farmers of America and the 75th anniversary of the Federal charter to Future Farmers of America.

To transfer the functions, duties, responsibilities, assets, liabilities, orders, determinations, rules, regulations, permits, grants, loans, contracts, agreements, certificates, licenses, and privileges of the United States Agency for International Development relating to implementing and administering the Food for Peace Act to the Department of Agriculture.

To restore the exemption of family farms and small businesses from the definition of assets under title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds to implement Salmonella framework for raw poultry products.

RIFLE Act of 2025

To remove the lesser prairie-chicken from the lists of threatened species and endangered species published pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973 and to amend that Act to exclude the lesser prairie-chicken from the authority of that Act.

To ensure equal treatment for certain faith-based organizations in certain Small Business Administration programs.

To require the National Small Business Development Center Advisory Board to submit an annual report on the activities of the Board and other information, and for other purposes.
