To improve the effectiveness and performance of certain Federal financial assistance programs, and for other purposes.

To direct the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information to develop a National Strategy to Close the Digital Divide, and for other purposes.

To provide for congressional review of actions to terminate or waive sanctions imposed with respect to Iran.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to expand access to telehealth services, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Homeland Security to enhance capabilities for outbound inspections at the southern land border, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to restore State authority to waive for certain facilities the 35-mile rule for designating critical access hospitals under the Medicare program, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the corporate alternative minimum tax.

To provide the Congressional Budget Office with necessary authorities to expedite the sharing of data from executive branch agencies, and for other purposes.

To streamline the sharing of information among Federal disaster assistance agencies, to expedite the delivery of life-saving assistance to disaster survivors, to speed the recovery of communities from disasters, to protect the security and privacy of information provided by disaster survivors, and for other purposes.

To improve the classification and declassification of national security information, and for other purposes.

To increase the pay and enhance the training of United States Border Patrol agents, and for other purposes.

To require an interagency strategy for creating a unified posture on counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C–UAS) capabilities and protections at international borders of the United States.
