To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to provide more effective remedies to victims of discrimination in the payment of wages on the basis of sex, and for other purposes.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to require coverage of, and expand access to, home and community-based services under the Medicaid program, to award grants for the creation, recruitment, training and education, retention, and advancement of the direct care workforce and to award grants to support family caregivers, and for other purposes.

To ensure that Social Security beneficiaries receive regular statements from the Social Security Administration, and for other purposes.

To suspend the enforcement of certain civil liabilities of Federal employees and contractors during a lapse in appropriations, or during a breach of the statutory debt limit, and for other purposes.

To improve services provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs for veteran families, and for other purposes.

To reauthorize the North Korean Human Rights Act of 2004, and for other purposes.

To amend the National Labor Relations Act, the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947, and the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959, and for other purposes.

To amend section 230 of the Communications Act of 1934 to reaffirm civil rights, victims’ rights, and consumer protections.

To require the Secretary of State to submit an annual report to Congress regarding the ties between criminal gangs and political and economic elites in Haiti and impose sanctions on political and economic elites involved in such criminal activities.

To modify the disposition of certain outer Continental Shelf revenues and to open Federal financial sharing to heighten opportunities for renewable energy, and for other purposes.

To amend the District of Columbia Home Rule Act to repeal the authority of the President to assume emergency control of the police of the District of Columbia.

To preserve access to abortion medications.

To extend to the Mayor of the District of Columbia the same authority over the National Guard of the District of Columbia as the Governors of the several States exercise over the National Guard of those States with respect to administration of the National Guard and its use to respond to natural disasters and other civil disturbances, and for other purposes.

To provide a process for ensuring the United States does not default on its obligations.

To amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to require the safe storage of firearms, and for other purposes.

To ensure due process protections of individuals in the United States against unlawful detention based solely on a protected characteristic.

To award posthumously a Congressional Gold Medal to Fred Korematsu, in recognition of his contributions to civil rights, his loyalty and patriotism to the United States, and his dedication to justice and equality.

To amend the Tibetan Policy Act of 2002 to modify certain provisions of that Act.

To designate the outdoor amphitheater at the Blue Ridge Music Center in Galax, Virginia, as the Rick Boucher Amphitheater.

To address the fundamental injustice, cruelty, brutality, and inhumanity of slavery in the United States and the 13 American colonies between 1619 and 1865 and to establish a commission to study and consider a national apology and proposal for reparations for the institution of slavery, its subsequent de jure and de facto racial and economic discrimination against African Americans, and the impact of these forces on living African Americans, to make recommendations to the Congress on appropriate remedies, and for other purposes.
