To restore funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).

Expressing support for designation of the week of September 15 through 21, 2024, as National Adult Education and Family Literacy Week.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to former President Jimmy Carter in recognition of his service to the Nation.

To establish an independent entity within the Department of Housing and Urban Development to acquire and maintain distressed real estate to stabilize communities and increase the supply of affordable housing, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for and honoring September 17, 2024, as Constitution Day.

To amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to establish minimum notification requirements for voters affected by polling place changes.

To amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to clarify that the prohibition under such Act against the fraudulent misrepresentation of campaign authority and the fraudulent solicitation of funds includes misrepresentation through the use of content generated in whole or in part with the use of artificial intelligence (generative AI), and for other purposes.

Supporting the designation of September 2024 as National Voting Rights Month.

To authorize additional district judges for the district courts and convert temporary judgeships.

To impose an assessment related to fossil fuel emissions, to establish the Polluters Pay Climate Fund, and for other purposes.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that every person has the basic right to emergency health care, including abortion care.

Condemning the horrific shooting at Apalachee High School in Winder, Georgia, recognizing the victims, and expressing condolences and support to their families and their communities.

Expressing support for the recognition of September 7, 2024, as Liturgical Dance Day and the International Dance Commission, and for other purposes.

Designating the week beginning on September 9, 2024, as National Hispanic-Serving Institutions Week.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to expand the eligibility of students to participate in the supplemental nutrition assistance program, establish college student food insecurity demonstration programs, and for other purposes.

Recognizing suicide as a serious public health problem and expressing support for the designation of September as National Suicide Prevention Month as well as September 10, 2024, as World Suicide Prevention Day.
