To impose additional sanctions with respect to Iran and modify other existing sanctions with respect to Iran, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the United States Government from providing bailouts or other financial assistance to any State or local government that enacts any law providing reparations for slavery, and for other purposes.

Testing, Rapid Analysis, and Narcotic Quality Research Act of 2023

To amend the National Labor Relations Act to adjust the dollar thresholds for National Labor Relations Board jurisdiction over certain labor disputes, and for other purposes.

To require the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration to report to Congress on the process by which air traffic control tower facilities are chosen for replacement, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide an affirmative defense for certain criminal violations, and for other purposes.

To amend the Food Security Act of 1985 to provide for the enrollment of citrus land in the conservation reserve program, and for other purposes.

To clarify the treatment of 2 or more employers as joint employers under the National Labor Relations Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938.

To amend title 28, United States Code, to allow claims against foreign states for unlawful computer intrusion, and for other purposes.

To reform the labor laws of the United States, and for other purposes.

To provide that the Federal Communications Commission may not prevent a State or Federal correctional facility from utilizing jamming equipment, and for other purposes.

To modify the minimum required weight of orange juice soluble solids.

Recognizing the importance of stepped-up basis under section 1014 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 in preserving family-owned farms and small businesses.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to standardize work requirements for able-bodied adults enrolled in the supplemental nutrition assistance program.

To establish limitations on the amount of debt issued by the United States which may be held by foreign governments, entities, and individuals.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide special rules for casualty losses incurred by reason of Hurricane Ian, Hurricane Nicole, and Hurricane Fiona.
