To amend chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, to provide that major rules of the executive branch shall have no force or effect unless a joint resolution of approval is enacted into law.

To amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

MAPWaters Act of 2025

To amend section 324 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to incentivize States, Indian Tribes, and Territories to close disaster recovery projects by authorizing the use of excess funds for management costs for other disaster recovery projects.

To amend the Department of Energy Organization Act to secure midstream processing of critical materials, and for other purposes.

To rescind unobligated COVID–19 relief funds and certain infrastructure funds to offset the cost of the supplemental foreign assistance made available for fiscal year 2024, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of the Army to acquire technology that uses acoustic sound to deter pinniped predators at such Dam, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of the Army from retiring an energy generation source if that retirement would raise customer electricity rates and decrease regional energy reliability by more than 10 percent, and for other purposes.

To promote remediation of abandoned hardrock mines, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes.

To prohibit the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency from finalizing, implementing, or enforcing a proposed rule with respect to emissions from vehicles, and for other purposes.

To require the Corps of Engineers to take certain actions with respect to rental amounts and administrative fees charged to certain marinas, and for other purposes.

To ensure that residents of covered federally assisted rental housing may lawfully possess firearms, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds to hire armed Federal regulatory enforcement officers in certain agencies.

To require the Director of the Bureau of Land Management to withdraw a rule of the Bureau of Land Management relating to conservation and landscape health.

To improve the health and resiliency of giant sequoias, and for other purposes.

To clarify the treatment of 2 or more employers as joint employers under the National Labor Relations Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938.

To allow the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture to use a fire retardant, chemical, or water for fire suppression, control, or prevention activities.

To direct the Secretary of the Interior to reissue a final rule relating to removing the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem population of grizzly bears from the Federal list of endangered and threatened wildlife, and for other purposes.

To require any person that maintains an internet website or that sells or distributes a mobile application that is owned, wholly or partially, by the Chinese Communist Party or by a non-state-owned entity located in the People’s Republic of China, to disclose that fact to any individual who downloads or otherwise uses such website or application.
