Tribal Gaming Regulatory Compliance Act

To establish the State Border Security Reinforcement Fund and the State Criminal Alien Prosecution and Detention Fund, to make appropriations to each of these funds, and to authorize the use of such amounts for grants to eligible States, State agencies, and units of local government for specified purposes.

To require the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a New World screwworm fly rearing facility, and for other purposes.

Honoring mothers, and recognizing the significance of motherhood and the impact mothers have on raising the next generation, on the occasion of Mother’s Day.

To amend the Small Business Act to include surviving children in the definition of small business concern owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans, and for other purposes.

To award 3 Congressional Gold Medals to the members of the 1980 U.S. Olympic Men’s Ice Hockey Team, in recognition of their extraordinary achievement at the 1980 Winter Olympics where, being comprised of amateur collegiate players, they defeated the dominant Soviet hockey team in the historic Miracle on Ice, revitalizing American morale at the height of the Cold War, inspiring generations and transforming the sport of hockey in the United States.

To limit the authority of the Small Business Administration to facilitate access to voter registration, and for other purposes.

Combating Organized Retail Crime Act

Stopping the Theft and Destruction of Broadband Act of 2025

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish the emergency generator tax credit.

To require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to award grants to nonprofit organizations to assist such organizations in carrying out programs to provide service dogs to eligible veterans, and for other purposes.

To direct the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration to update security screening requirements for certain covered air carrier operations.

Reimbursing Border Communities Act of 2025

To amend title III of the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize the program of payments to children’s hospitals that operate graduate medical education programs, and for other purposes.

Generating Retirement Ownership through Long-Term Holding

To prohibit the Federal Government from conducting or supporting any research involving human fetal tissue that is obtained pursuant to an induced abortion, and to prohibit the solicitation or knowing acquisition, receipt, or acceptance of a donation of such tissue.

To authorize the International Boundary and Water Commission to accept funds for activities relating to wastewater treatment and flood control works, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to prohibit the Federal reserve banks from offering certain products or services directly to an individual, to prohibit the use of central bank digital currency for monetary policy, and for other purposes.

To repeal restrictions on the export and import of natural gas.
