CONNECT for Health Act of 2025

Encouraging the celebration of the month of June as LGBTQIA+ Pride Month.

Expressing support for the designation of June 26 as LGBTQI+ Equality Day.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to expand the advanced manufacturing production credit to include distribution transformers.

To reaffirm the applicability of the Indian Reorganization Act to the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the interference, under color of State law, with the provision of interstate abortion services, and for other purposes.

To amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to require a group health plan (or health insurance coverage offered in connection with such a plan) to provide for cost-sharing for oral anticancer drugs on terms no less favorable than the cost-sharing provided for anticancer medications administered by a health care provider.

To protect a person’s ability to determine whether to continue or end a pregnancy, and to protect a health care provider’s ability to provide abortion services.

To amend the Defense Production Act of 1950 to include the Secretary of Agriculture as a member of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, and for other purposes.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal posthumously to Marshall Walter Major Taylor in recognition of his significance to the nation as an athlete, trailblazer, role model, and equal rights advocate.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to enter into self-determination contracts and self-governance agreements with Indian entities to administer the food distribution program on Indian reservations.

To amend the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to authorize the President to provide certain fire management assistance to Indian Tribal Governments, and for other purposes.

FIGHT Act of 2025

To provide lasting protection for inventoried roadless areas within the National Forest System.

To amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow parental choice in the selection of primary health insurance coverage or primary coverage under a group health plan for certain dependent children.

Bipartisan Background Checks Act of 2025

To amend the Communications Act of 1934 to require providers of a covered service to provide location information concerning the telecommunications device of a user of such service to an investigative or law enforcement officer or an employee or other agent of a public safety answering point in an emergency situation involving risk of death or serious physical harm or in order to respond to the user’s call for emergency services.
