To repeal a requirement for the Secretary of Transportation to issue certain regulations with respect to advanced impaired driving technology, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the issuance of the rule entitled Upholding Civil Service Protections and Merit System Principles or any successor rule.

To advance the benefits of nuclear energy by enabling efficient, timely, and predictable licensing, regulation, and deployment of nuclear energy technologies, and for other purposes.

To exclude individuals who are not citizens of the United States from the number of persons used to determine the apportionment of Representatives and the number of electoral votes.

To prohibit actions to carry out the Department of Commerce’s pause in the issuance of new export licenses for certain exports under the Commerce Control List.

To amend title XI of the Social Security Act to limit demonstration projects related to abortion under Medicaid and CHIP.

To prohibit the Secretary of Health and Human Services from issuing, finalizing, implementing, or enforcing any rule or guidance to facilitate abortions or access to abortions for an unaccompanied alien child.

Condemning Mayor Muriel Bowser, Council Chair Phil Mendelson, Councilman Charles Allen, and the rest of the government of the city of Washington, DC, for their failure to stop the crime epidemic plaguing their city.

To prohibit the use of funds to implement, administer, or enforce measures requiring certain employees to refer to an individual by the preferred pronouns of such individual or a name other than the legal name of such individual, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Secretary of Homeland Security from implementing or enforcing a remain in Texas policy.

To amend titles XVIII and XIX of the Social Security Act to require providers of services and health maintenance organizations under the Medicare and Medicaid programs to provide for certain policies to be in place relating to do-not-resuscitate orders or similar physician’s orders for unemancipated minors receiving services.

To direct the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to update the mission statement of the Commission to ensure licensing and regulation is efficient and is in alignment with the policies stated in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, and for other purposes.

To amend title 11, District of Columbia Official Code, to revise references in such title to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

To direct the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture to notify applicants of the completion status of right-of-way applications under section 501 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 and section 28 of the Mineral Leasing Act.

Honoring the American and Israeli civilians murdered and unaccounted for in the brutal attacks by Hamas terrorists.
