To create a process for the expungement of pardoned Federal offenses.

To include sexual assault and aggravated sexual violence in the definition of aggravated felonies under the Immigration and Nationality Act in order to expedite the removal of aliens convicted of such crimes.

To amend the Endangered Species Act of 1973 to optimize conservation through resource prioritization, incentivize wildlife conservation on private lands, provide for greater incentives to recover listed species, create greater transparency and accountability in recovering listed species, and limit reasonable and prudent measures.

To amend the Defense Production Act of 1950 with respect to foreign investments in United States agriculture, and for other purposes.

To prohibit State excise taxes on firearms and ammunition manufacturers and dealers.

To provide for certain conditions on the enforcement of surrogacy contracts.

To amend section 287 of the Immigration and Nationality Act to require the Secretary of Homeland Security to DNA test family units.

To rescind unobligated COVID–19 relief funds and certain infrastructure funds to offset the cost of the supplemental foreign assistance made available for fiscal year 2024, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to prohibit the Federal reserve banks from offering certain products or services directly to an individual, to prohibit the use of central bank digital currency for monetary policy, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Consumer Product Safety Commission from issuing a rule related to table saws until 5 years after a patent related to the saws has been dedicate to the public or expired, and for other purposes.

To prohibit Federal funding for National Public Radio, and for other purposes.

To terminate the authorities of certain entities of the Federal Government, and for other purposes.

To amend title III of the Public Health Service Act to extend the program for promotion of public health knowledge and awareness of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, and for other purposes.

To ensure that women seeking an abortion receive an ultrasound and the opportunity to review the ultrasound before giving informed consent to receive an abortion.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes.

To reduce, from 21 years of age to 18 years of age, the minimum age at which a person may obtain a handgun from a Federal firearms licensee.

To amend the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 to reform certain authorities and to provide greater transparency and oversight.

To repeal a requirement for the Secretary of Transportation to issue certain regulations with respect to advanced impaired driving technology, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the issuance of the rule entitled Upholding Civil Service Protections and Merit System Principles or any successor rule.

To exclude individuals who are not citizens of the United States from the number of persons used to determine the apportionment of Representatives and the number of electoral votes.
