To amend title 10, United States Code, to expand eligibility to certain military retirees for concurrent receipt of veterans’ disability compensation and retired pay or combat-related special compensation, and for other purposes.

To prohibit Members of Congress from receiving a financial benefit from certain student loan cancellation programs.

Providing amounts for the expenses of the Committee on Rules in the One Hundred Eighteenth Congress.

To amend the Act of June 18, 1934, to reaffirm the authority of the Secretary of the Interior to take land into trust for Indian Tribes, and for other purposes.

To preserve open competition and Federal Government neutrality towards the labor relations of Federal Government contractors on Federal and federally funded construction projects, and for other purposes.

To grant certain authorities to the President to combat economic coercion by foreign adversaries, and for other purposes.

To direct the Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide Members-elect of the House with written copies of the oath of office prior to the first session of a Congress and to provide that a Member-elect who signs such copies shall be considered to have taken the oath of office.

To amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to prohibit the Securities and Exchange Commission from requiring an issuer to disclose information related to certain greenhouse gas emissions, and for other purposes.

To repeal changes made by health care reform laws to the Medicare exception to the prohibition on certain physician referrals for hospitals.

To clarify the rights of Indians and Indian tribes on Indian lands under the National Labor Relations Act.

To repeal the authorizations for use of military force against Iraq.

Recognizing the importance of Tribal colleges and universities to the United States and expressing support for designating the week beginning February 5, 2023, as National Tribal Colleges and Universities Week.

To amend title 28, United States Code, to provide for the secure storage of a licensed firearm possessed by a Federal judge, and for other purposes.

To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to clarify the status of an independent contractor, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to include child development and early learning as community services under the Federal work-study program.

To amend the Defense Production Act of 1950 to include the Secretary of Agriculture on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States and require review of certain agricultural transactions, and for other purposes.

To require an annual budget estimate for the initiatives of the National Institutes of Health pursuant to reports and recommendations made under the National Alzheimer’s Project Act.

To extend the National Alzheimer’s Project.

Recognizing the contributions of independent workers and contractors to the American economy.

To extend funding for the Pediatric Research Initiative by terminating taxpayer financing of presidential election campaigns.
