Expressing support for the designation of the week of April 30, 2023, through May 6, 2023, as National Small Business Week to celebrate the contributions of small businesses and entrepreneurs in every community in the United States.

To expand the take-home prescribing of methadone through pharmacies.

To protect children from medical malpractice in the form of gender transition procedures.

To amend title X of the Public Health Service Act to prohibit family planning grants from being awarded to any entity that performs abortions, and for other purposes.

To require the Director of National Intelligence to declassify information relating to the origin of COVID–19, and for other purposes.

To provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person's reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

To establish procedures regarding the approval of opioid drugs by the Food and Drug Administration.

To impose sanctions and other measures in response to the failure of the Government of the People's Republic of China to allow an investigation into the origins of COVID–19 at suspect laboratories in Wuhan.

Recognizing the national debt as a threat to national security.

Establishing appropriate thresholds for certain budget points of order in the Senate, and for other purposes.

To require balanced budgets in concurrent resolutions on the budget, to establish limits on the waiver of budget points of order, and to prevent appropriations in excess of the amount authorized to be appropriated.

Recognizing the duty of the Senate to abandon Modern Monetary Theory and recognizing that the acceptance of Modern Monetary Theory would lead to higher deficits and higher inflation.

To allow the Secretary of Health and Human Services to deny approval of a new drug application for an opioid analgesic drug on the basis of such drug not being clinically superior to other commercially available drugs.
