To repeal requirements for reports on unfunded priorities from the Department of Defense and the National Nuclear Security Administration.

To direct the Secretary of Agriculture to publish, on an annual basis, an assessment of United States dependency on critical agricultural products or inputs from the People’s Republic of China, and for other purposes.

To require hospitals participating in Medicaid or the Children's Health Insurance Program to inquire whether a patient is a citizen or national of the United States, or in a satisfactory immigration status, as part of the patient admission and registration process, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to deny certain green energy tax benefits to companies connected to certain countries of concern.

To amend the Camp Lejeune Justice Act of 2022 to make technical corrections.

To require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide to Congress quarterly briefings on budgetary shortfalls of the Department of Veterans Affairs and to prohibit the provision of bonuses to Department of Veterans Affairs employees in Senior Executive Service positions in fiscal years with budgetary shortfalls, and for other purposes.

To improve access to the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, and for other purposes.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to clarify the nature of judicial review of agency interpretations of statutory and regulatory provisions.

To amend title XXXIII of the Public Health Service Act with respect to flexibility and funding for the World Trade Center Health Program.

To establish, improve, or expand high-quality workforce development programs at community colleges, and for other purposes.

To reauthorize grants to the Girl Scouts of the United States of America, the Boy Scouts of America, the National 4–H Council, and the National FFA Organization to establish pilot projects to expand the programs carried out by the organizations in rural areas and small towns, and for other purposes.

To amend chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, to provide for en bloc consideration in resolutions of disapproval for midnight rules, and for other purposes.

To require the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to ensure that the small business regulatory budget for a fiscal year is not greater than zero, and for other purposes.

To amend the Clean Air Act to repeal the natural gas tax.

To provide for the discharge of parent borrower liability if a student on whose behalf a parent has received certain student loans becomes disabled.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to improve the financial aid process for homeless and foster care youth.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the credit for new clean vehicles, and for other purposes.

To withhold Federal funding from any college or university that employs illegal aliens on campus.

To prohibit transportation of any alien using certain methods of identification, and for other purposes.

To withhold certain United Nations funding until the United Nations Human Rights Council mandates a body to investigate human rights abuses in the People's Republic of China, and for other purposes.
