To provide authority to enhance security assistance with countries that are engaged in regional security cooperation efforts in the Middle East and North Africa, and for other purposes.

To remove the Mexican wolf from the lists of threatened species and endangered species published pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of State, in coordination with the Secretary of Defense, to carry out a review of the list of defense articles and services required to be transferred under the foreign military sales program as opposed to direct commercial sale (FMS-Only List).

To modify provisions relating to defense trade and cooperation among Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

To require the Secretary of State to promulgate expedited and fixed timelines for the decision-making process to license the export of certain defense articles and defense services, and for other purposes.

To amend the CARES Act to extend the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee, and to require such Committee submit a report on the extension of statute of limitations for Paycheck Protection Program loans.

FIGHT Act of 2025

To authorize the revocation or denial of passports to individuals affiliated with foreign terrorist organizations, and for other purposes.

Mobilizing Against Sanctuary Cities Act

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for the removal and permanent inadmissibility of certain aliens convicted of assaulting law enforcement officers, and for other purposes.

To repeal a rule of the Environmental Protection Agency relating to national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants: coal- and oil-fired electric utility steam generating units review of the residual risk and technology review.

To amend the Stored Communications Act to include Tribal courts as courts of competent jurisdiction, to amend the Indian Civil Rights Act of 1968 to confer Tribal jurisdiction over controlled substances, related offenses, and firearms, and for other purposes.

Energy Choice Act

To amend title 49, United States Code, to establish a pilot program for small, nonlethal deescalation unmanned aircraft to be used for law enforcement and public safety, and for other purposes.

To amend the Arms Export Control Act to streamline Foreign Military Sales under that Act.

Improving Seniors’ Timely Access to Care Act of 2025

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to increase penalties for individuals who illegally enter and reenter the United States after being removed, and for other purposes.

To amend Federal law to remove the terms mentally retarded and mental retardation, and for other purposes.

Congratulating His Holiness Pope Leo XIV on his historic election as the 267th pontiff of the Holy Roman Catholic Church and the first American pontiff.

To amend the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 to reauthorize the Collaborative Forest Landscape Restoration Program, and for other purposes.
