Plant-Powered School Meals Pilot Act

To amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate the Upper Raritan River Watershed in the State of New Jersey for study for potential addition to the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the recognition of October 26, 2025, as Intersex Awareness Day, and supporting the goals and ideals of Intersex Awareness Day.

Recognizing the religious and historical significance of the festival of Diwali.

To prohibit the display of names at the White House without approval, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds for construction or renovation on the White House grounds during a lapse in appropriations, and for other purposes.

To establish the New York-New Jersey Watershed Restoration Program, and for other purposes.

To provide reimbursement to certain Federal employees for childcare expenses during the lapse in appropriations beginning on or about October 1, 2025.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 514 Frelinghuysen Avenue in Newark, New Jersey, as the Mildred Joyce Coleman Crump Post Office Building.

To establish a grant program to assist eligible entities in developing or expanding behavioral health crisis response programs that do not rely primarily on law enforcement, and for other purposes.

To authorize the reimbursement by the Federal Government of State funds used to maintain participation in the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children in the event of a Government shutdown.

Declaring a need for increased investments in youth mental health, recognizing May 31, 2026, as Youth Mental Health Day, recognizing September 9, 2026, annually as Youth Suicide Prevention Day, and for other purposes.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to increase under the Medicaid program the minimum monthly personal needs allowance for institutionalized individuals and couples, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to waive certain penalties for affected Federal employees receiving a distribution from the Thrift Savings Plan during a lapse in appropriations, and for other purposes.

To reinstate all financial assistance awards terminated by the Department of Energy.

To amend title 31, United States Code, to require the Secretary of the Treasury to mint and issue $2.50 numismatic coins and $2.50 circulating coins, and for other purposes.

To provide back pay to Federal contractors, and for other purposes.

To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to require mandatory certification for certain students and reduce stigma associated with unpaid school meal fees, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for National Public Lands Day and encouraging the people of the United States to visit public lands on this fee-free day and recognize their spiritual and cultural value, as well as their contribution to the economy of the United States.
