To amend the National and Community Service Act of 1990 to establish a Civilian Climate Corps to help communities respond to climate change and transition to a clean economy, and for other purposes.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to promote family unity, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of September 9 as National African Immigrant and Refugee HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis Awareness (NAIRHHA) Day.
