Supporting the goals and ideals of National Honor Our LGBT Elders Day.

To require a study relating to the consolidation of certain grant programs currently available to insular areas and the suitability of such consolidation for Puerto Rico, and for other purposes.

To remove college cost as a barrier to every student having access to a well-prepared and diverse educator workforce, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to reform the low-income housing credit, and for other purposes.

To amend the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 and the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to make breakfasts and lunches free for all children, and for other purposes.

To provide an earned path to citizenship, to address the root causes of migration and responsibly manage the southern border, and to reform the immigrant visa system, and for other purposes.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to remove certain eligibility disqualifications that restrict otherwise eligible students enrolled in institutions of higher education from participating in the supplemental nutrition assistance program, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of May 2023 as Mental Health Awareness Month.

To amend the Horse Protection Act to designate additional unlawful acts under the Act, strengthen penalties for violations of the Act, improve Department of Agriculture enforcement of the Act, and for other purposes.

To establish in the Department of State the position of Special Envoy for the Abraham Accords, and for other purposes.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for the adjustment of status of essential workers, and for other purposes.

Declaring gun violence a public health crisis.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that it is important to maintain cash as a robust and viable payment option.

To require the Office of Management and Budget to revise the Standard Occupational Classification system to establish a separate code for direct support professionals, and for other purposes.

To provide protection for survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and sex trafficking under the Fair Housing Act.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for public health research and investment into understanding and eliminating structural racism and police violence.

To establish a grant program in the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection to fund the establishment of centers of excellence to support research, development and planning, implementation, and evaluation of effective programs in financial literacy education for young people and families ages 8 through 24 years old, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the duty of the Federal Government to create a Green New Deal.

To enable the people of Puerto Rico to choose a permanent, nonterritorial, fully self-governing political status for Puerto Rico and to provide for a transition to and the implementation of that permanent, nonterritorial, fully self-governing political status, and for other purposes.

Acknowledging that the United States Supreme Court’s decisions in the Insular Cases and the territorial incorporation doctrine are contrary to the text and history of the United States Constitution, rest on racial views and stereotypes from the era of Plessy v. Ferguson that have long been rejected, are contrary to our Nation’s most basic constitutional and democratic principles, and should be rejected as having no place in United States constitutional law.
