To require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to prepare an annual report on suicide prevention, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to make a permanent increase in the number of judges presiding over the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and for other purposes.

To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to establish higher minimum rates of pay for certain law enforcement employees of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and for other purposes.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to the female telephone operators of the Army Signal Corps, known as the Hello Girls.

Designating the week of February 27 through March 3, 2023, as Public Schools Week.

To increase, effective as of December 1, 2023, the rates of compensation for veterans with service-connected disabilities and the rates of dependency and indemnity compensation for the survivors of certain disabled veterans, and for other purposes.
