To amend the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 to require that certain information is made publicly available, and for other purposes.

To strengthen the requirements relating to advance electronic information for cargo, and for other purposes.

To provide that all Federal employees in the executive branch of the Federal Government are at-will employees, and for other purposes.

To require the Comptroller General of the United States to conduct a study on the carbon footprint and environmental impacts of electric vehicles, and for other purposes.

To provide block grants to assign armed law enforcement officers to elementary and secondary schools.

To establish Department of Homeland Security funding restrictions on institutions of higher education that have a relationship with Confucius Institutes, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the procurement of solar panels manufactured or assembled in the People's Republic of China.

To require Presidential appointment and Senate confirmation of the Inspector General of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection.

To amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to require national securities exchanges to identify issuers that are consolidated variable interest entities, and for other purposes.

To prohibit securities investments that finance certain companies of the People's Republic of China and to expand the Non-Specially Designated Nationals Chinese Military-Industrial Complex Companies List of the Office of Foreign Assets Control, and for other purposes.

To amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to address the issuance of securities by Chinese entities, and for other purposes.

To require applicable Federal agencies to take action on applications for Federal energy authorizations, and for other purposes.

To require the Energy Information Administration to submit to Congress and make publicly available an annual report on Federal agency policies and regulations and Executive orders that have increased or may increase energy prices in the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide special rules for casualty losses incurred by reason of Hurricane Ian, Hurricane Nicole, and Hurricane Fiona.

To require the Federal Trade Commission to conduct a study regarding social media use by teenagers.

To amend chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, to require Federal agencies to submit to the Comptroller General of the United States a report on rules that are revoked, suspended, replaced, amended, or otherwise made ineffective.
