Designating the week of October 5, 2025, through October 11, 2025, as Religious Education Week to celebrate religious education in the United States.

To establish a Federal Clearinghouse on Safety and Best Practices for Nonprofit Organizations, Faith-based Organizations, and Houses of Worship within the Department of Homeland Security, and for other purposes.

To designate Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization, to counter domestic terrorism and organized political violence, and for other purposes.

To prohibit State and local law enforcement officers from arresting foreign nationals within the United States solely on the basis of an indictment, warrant, or request issued by the International Criminal Court, and for other purposes.

REPO Implementation Act of 2025

Recognizing the 74th anniversary of the signing of the Mutual Defense Treaty between the United States and the Philippines and the strong bilateral security alliance between our two nations in the wake of escalating aggression and political lawfare by the People’s Republic of China in the South China Sea.

To ensure equal treatment for religious organizations in the Federal provision of social services programs, grantmaking, and contracting, and for other purposes.

To require the denial of admission to the United States for individuals subject to sanctions pursuant to Executive Order 13876, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of October 14, 2025, as the “National Day of Remembrance for Charlie Kirk”.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to ensure campus access at public institutions of higher education for religious groups.
