To prohibit oil and natural gas exploration, development, and production in certain areas of the outer Continental Shelf off the coast of Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina, and for other purposes.

To amend the Consumer Product Safety Act to protect Americans from harmful CCP products.

Designating November 1, 2025, as National Bison Day.

Making continuing appropriations for the United States Capitol Police with respect to a Government shutdown.

Expressing condemnation of the Chinese Communist Party's persecution of religious minority groups, including Christians, Muslims, and Buddhists and the detention of Pastor Ezra Jin Mingri and leaders of the Zion Church, and reaffirming the United States' global commitment to promote religious freedom and tolerance.

To prohibit the Secretary of the Treasury from engaging in transactions involving the exchange of Special Drawing Rights issued by the International Monetary Fund that are held by the Chinese Communist Party.

To prohibit United States persons from engaging in financial transactions with AliPay.

Making continuing appropriations for military pay in the event of a Government shutdown, and for other purposes.
