DISPOSAL Act

Taxpayer Notification and Privacy Act

To amend the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to provide assistance for common interest communities, condominiums, and housing cooperatives damaged by a major disaster, and for other purposes.

Safer Truckers Act of 2025

To amend the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 to require that certain information is made publicly available, and for other purposes.

To ensure that Write Your Own companies can sell private flood insurance products that compete with National Flood Insurance Program products.

To direct the President to ensure that local governments may use Construction Manager at Risk procurement methods in carrying out certain activities under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, and for other purposes.

Federal Disaster Tax Relief Act of 2025

To redesignate the Department of Defense the Department of War.

To prohibit the award of Federal education funds to educational institutions and agencies that do not allow for religious exemptions to vaccination requirements, and for other purposes.

To codify Executive Order 14322 (relating to college sports revenue and athlete compensation).

To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Secretary of the Treasury to take such actions as may be necessary to prohibit the release of taxpayer, patient, or vaccine data to the World Health Organization or a foreign government.

To amend part E of title IV of the Social Security Act to address or assist in resolving the shortage of appropriate foster homes for children, to develop resources to keep sibling groups together, and to provide for a system of checks and balances to ensure a child’s ongoing safety and well-being, by providing for the placement of a foster child in cottage family homes and making a child so placed eligible for foster care maintenance payments.

To provide for the rescheduling of marijuana into schedule III of the Controlled Substances Act.

AIRFARE Act

To direct the Secretary of State to implement certain travel conditions for officials of certain countries, entities, and United Nations organizations for attending any official meeting of the United Nations at the United Nations Headquarters Building in New York City.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to prohibit institutions of higher education from receiving gifts from or entering into contracts with foreign countries of concern.

To prohibit Federal election agencies from entering into agreements with international organizations with respect to data sharing or holding an advisory role with the Federal election agency, and for other purposes.

To provide that participation in the American Community Survey is voluntary.

To establish a Federal tort against pediatric gender clinics and other entities pushing gender-transition procedures that cause bodily injury to children or harm the mental health of children.
