To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to modify and extend the deduction for charitable contributions for individuals not itemizing deductions.

To authorize small business loans to finance access to modern business software, and for other purposes.

To improve accountability in the disaster loan program of the Small Business Administration, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Transportation to issue a rule requiring access to AM broadcast stations in passenger motor vehicles, and for other purposes.

Protect Infant Formula from Contamination Act

Condemning the pardons for individuals who were found guilty of assaulting Capitol Police Officers.

To reauthorize the Dr. Lorna Breen Health Care Provider Protection Act, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the application of certain restrictive eligibility requirements to foreign nongovernmental organizations with respect to the provision of assistance under part I of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961.
