To prohibit health care professionals, hospitals, or clinics from participating in the chemical or surgical mutilation of a child and to provide a private right of action for children and the parents of children whose healthy body parts have been damaged by medical professionals practicing chemical and surgical mutilation.

Supporting the designation of the week of September 21 through September 27, 2025, as Gold Star Families Remembrance Week.

PART Act

To require the Bureau of Prisons to issue identification documents to prisoners being released from Federal custody, and for other purposes.

To ensure the free movement of livestock-derived products in interstate commerce.

To direct the Secretary of Transportation to issue certain regulations to amend certain regulations with respect to farm-related service industry restricted commercial driver’s licenses, and for other purposes.

To require any State to reimburse the Federal Government for costs incurred when Federal military forces are deployed in response to civil disturbances or security threats caused by the State’s refusal to cooperate with lawful Federal immigration enforcement.

To exempt certain livestock hauling vehicles from regulations relating to hours of service and electronic logging devices, and for other purposes.

Veteran Burial Timeliness and Death Certificate Accountability Act

To codify certain Executive Orders relating to critical minerals.

To require elementary schools, secondary schools, and institutions of higher education to ensure biological fairness in women’s sports as a condition of receiving Federal funds, and for other purposes.

Commending Petty Officer 3d Class Scott Ruskan for his heroic efforts to rescue victims during the devastating flooding in central Texas.

PBM Reform Act of 2025

To provide authority to enhance security assistance with countries that are engaged in regional security cooperation efforts in the Middle East and North Africa, and for other purposes.
