To require the maintenance of the country of origin markings for imported goods produced in the West Bank or Gaza, and for other purposes.

To call for the immediate extradition or return to the United States of convicted felon Joanne Chesimard, William “Guillermo” Morales, and all other fugitives who are receiving safe haven in Cuba to escape prosecution or confinement for criminal offenses committed in the United States.

To amend chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, to provide that major rules of the executive branch shall have no force or effect unless a joint resolution of approval is enacted into law.

To strengthen the role of the United States with respect to the Indian Ocean region, and for other purposes.

To require coordination among Federal agencies that administer sanctions lists with respect to the inclusion of individuals and entities on such lists.

To provide for the imposition of sanctions on members of certain organizations of the Chinese Communist Party, and for other purposes.

To provide for the imposition of sanctions with respect to forced organ harvesting within the People’s Republic of China, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of State to seek to enter into negotiations with the Government of Ukraine for the establishment by that Government of a foreign investment review mechanism.

To restrict Federal funding for events giving adversary foreign entities access to critical transportation infrastructure or military facilities.

To prohibit the United States from collaborating with certain foreign countries of concern on fundamental research intended to support the military, intelligence, or security capabilities of the United States, to strengthen the security and integrity of the United States scientific and research enterprise, and for other purposes.

To increase support by the United States Government for critical minerals projects outside the United States, and for other purposes.

Commending the courage, bravery, and resolve of the fathers, mothers, sons, and daughters of Cuba, who, 3 years ago, stood in the face of brutal harassment, beatings, and torture to protest against the Communist Cuban regime, demanding access to their fundamental rights to life, dignity, and freedom.

Condemning the illegitimate regime of Nicolás Maduro in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to prohibit discrimination against health care entities that do not participate in abortion, and to strengthen implementation and enforcement of Federal conscience laws.

To ensure equal protection of the law, to prevent racism in the Federal Government, and for other purposes.

To impose sanctions with respect to foreign persons of the International Criminal Court engaged in any effort to investigate, arrest, detain, or prosecute any protected person of the United States and its allies, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the firearm transfer tax, and for other purposes.

To withhold certain United Nations funding until the United Nations Human Rights Council mandates a body to investigate human rights abuses in the People's Republic of China, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Commerce to reimpose duties on steel imported into the United States from Mexico, and for other purposes.
