To amend title 28, United States Code, to clarify that international organizations are not immune from the jurisdiction of the courts of the United States in certain cases related to terrorism.

To impose sanctions with respect to foreign support for terrorist organizations in Gaza and the West Bank, and for other purposes.

To prohibit conflict of interests among consulting firms that simultaneously contract with the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the United States Government, and for other purposes.

To prohibit actions that would authorize conduct of official United States Government business in the Gaza Strip or the West Bank.

To amend the Small Business Act to require that plain writing statements regarding the solicitation of subcontractors be included in certain subcontracting plans, and for other purposes.

Calling for the immediate release of Evan Gershkovich, a United States citizen and journalist, who was wrongfully detained by the Government of the Russian Federation in March 2023.

To prohibit any official action to recognize or normalize relations with any Government of Syria that is led by Bashar al-Assad.

To prohibit the importation of agricultural products, raw materials, and food from the Russian Federation if the Russian Federation prohibits the importation of such products, materials, and food from the United States, and for other purposes.
