To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to prohibit an institution of higher education that employs unauthorized aliens from receiving funds from Federal student assistance or Federal institutional aid and to require institutions of higher education to participate in the E-Verify Program in order to be eligible to participate in any program authorized under title IV of such Act.

Designating March 7, 2024, as National Slam the Scam Day to raise awareness about pervasive government imposter scams and to promote education to prevent government imposter scams.

Supporting the goals and ideals of Career and Technical Education Month.

Supporting the contributions of Catholic schools in the United States and celebrating the 50th annual National Catholic Schools Week.

Designating the week of January 21 through January 27, 2024, as National School Choice Week.

To amend part A of title IV of the Social Security Act to clarify the longstanding authority of States to use funds made available under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program to fund life-affirming services to empower pregnant women to choose life for their babies instead of abortion, and for other purposes.

To protect the right of parents to direct the upbringing of their children as a fundamental right.

To reauthorize the Director of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum to support Holocaust education programs, and for other purposes.

To prohibit institutions of higher education, elementary schools, and secondary schools from receiving Federal funds if those schools or institutions have covered relationships with covered persons, and for other purposes.

To establish the Office of the Special Inspector General for Unlawful Discrimination in Higher Education within the Department of Education.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish requirements for the clean vehicle credit and the qualifying advanced energy project credit to prevent offshoring by manufacturers, and for other purposes.

To require institutions of higher education to include reporting regarding campus anti-Semitism in the annual security report required under the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, to ensure that institutions of higher education do not support terrorist activity of foreign terrorist organizations, and for other purposes.

To support United States policy toward Taiwan.

Designating the week of October 1, 2023, through October 7, 2023, as Religious Education Week to celebrate religious education in the United States.

To require public institutions of higher education to disseminate information on the rights of, and accommodations and resources for, pregnant students, and for other purposes.

To improve research and data collection on stillbirths, and for other purposes.

To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to provide that children who have relocated from Puerto Rico to the States are fully considered for purposes of State allotments under the English Language Acquisition grants.

To amend title III of division H of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 to prohibit the expenditure of funds on divisive concepts under the priorities noticed in the proposed rule submitted by the Department of Education relating to Proposed Priorities-American History and Civics Education.

To authorize the Department of Education, in coordination with other relevant Federal agencies, to include a longitudinal component on the impact of the COVID–19 pandemic on student outcomes and well-being on an existing longitudinal educational study.

To amend the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 to establish research and extension grant priorities, and for other purposes.
