To provide for the confidentiality of information submitted in requests for deferred action under the deferred action for childhood arrivals program, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Labor to promulgate an occupational safety and health standard to protect workers from heat-related injuries and illnesses.

To amend section 2112 of title 44, United States Code, to appropriately limit donations to Presidential Libraries and Centers.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to increase the number of permanent faculty in palliative care at accredited allopathic and osteopathic medical schools, nursing schools and other programs, including social work, physician assistant, and chaplaincy education programs, to promote education and research in palliative care and hospice, and to support the development of faculty careers in academic palliative and hospice care.

To provide for automatic renewal protections, and for other purposes.

To make improvements to the Emergency Solutions Grants and Continuum of Care programs, and for other purposes.

Break the Cycle of Violence Act

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to clarify that all provisions shall apply to legally married same-sex couples in the same manner as other married couples.

To permit legally married same-sex couples to amend their filing status for tax returns outside the statute of limitations.

To amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to prohibit the distribution of 3D printer plans for the printing of firearms, and for other purposes.

To ensure greater accountability by licensed firearms dealers.

To direct the Federal Trade Commission to prescribe rules prohibiting the marketing of firearms to minors, and for other purposes.

To protect a person’s ability to determine whether to continue or end a pregnancy, and to protect a health care provider’s ability to provide abortion services.

To provide enhanced protections for election workers.

SECURE Act

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 regarding proprietary institutions of higher education in order to protect students and taxpayers.
