Of inquiry requesting the President and directing the Secretary of the Treasury to transmit, respectively, certain documents to the House of Representatives relating to the Department of Government Efficiency’s access to the Treasury payment systems and confidential taxpayer information.

To provide that it is unlawful to knowingly distribute private intimate visual depictions with reckless disregard for the individual’s lack of consent to the distribution, and for other purposes.

To amend the America COMPETES Act to establish certain scientific integrity policies for Federal agencies that fund, conduct, or oversee scientific research, and for other purposes.

Taxpayer Data Protection Act

To protect an individual’s ability to access contraceptives and to engage in contraception and to protect a health care providers ability to provide contraceptives, contraception, and information related to contraception.

To require the Secretary of Transportation to issue a rule requiring access to AM broadcast stations in motor vehicles, and for other purposes.

To amend section 6103 of title 5, United States Code, to establish Rosa Parks Day as a Federal holiday, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of the Treasury to mint commemorative coins in recognition of the life and legacy of Rosa Parks.

To authorize the Secretary of Education to award grants to eligible entities to carry out educational programs that include the history of peoples of African descent in the settling and founding of America, the economic and political environments that led to the development, institutionalization, and abolition of slavery and its impact on all Americans, the exploration and expansion of America, impact on and contributions to the development and enhancement of American life, United States history, literature, the economy, politics, body of laws, and culture, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to determine global intangible low-taxed income without regard to certain income derived from services performed in the Virgin Islands.

SNAP Benefits Fairness Act of 2025

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to require the Secretary of Education to send to certain students who submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid information regarding potential eligibility for assistance under the supplemental nutrition assistance program under the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008, and for other purposes.

To require covered platforms to remove nonconsensual intimate visual depictions, and for other purposes.

Honoring Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., by celebrating diversity, promoting tolerance, and condemning hate.
