To amend the Public Health Service Act to authorize and support the creation and dissemination of cardiomyopathy education, awareness, and risk assessment materials and resources to identify more at-risk families, to authorize research and surveillance activities relating to cardiomyopathy, and for other purposes.

To amend section 301 of the Immigration and Nationality Act to clarify those classes of individuals born in the United States who are nationals and citizens of the United States at birth.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to provide for a definition of establishment, determination, or adjustment of employee compensation for purposes of the collective bargaining of certain Department of Veterans Affairs employees.

To prohibit actions to carry out the Department of Commerce’s pause in the issuance of new export licenses for certain exports under the Commerce Control List.

Impeaching Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas, Secretary of Homeland Security, for high crimes and misdemeanors.

Urging the Biden administration to rescind the release of $6,000,000,000 in frozen Iranian funds and to lawfully enforce the Taylor Force Act.
