To prohibit the diminution of the District of Columbia National Guard.

To provide for interim appropriations for the District of Columbia courts and related agencies with respect to any fiscal year for which appropriations are not otherwise provided for such courts and agencies.

To establish the United States Commission on an Open Society with Security.

To direct the Postmaster General to issue a forever stamp depicting Bayard Rustin, and for other purposes.

To revise the composition of the Board of Zoning Adjustment for the District of Columbia so that the Board will consist solely of members appointed by the government of the District of Columbia, except when the Board is performing functions regarding an application by a foreign mission with respect to a chancery.

To amend title 40, United States Code, to remove the authority of the National Capital Planning Commission with respect to property owned by the District of Columbia, and for other purposes.

To expand the mission of the National Park Service to include active use of System units located in urban areas, and for other purposes.

To provide for coverage of employees of the District of Columbia courts and the District of Columbia Public Defender Service under the District of Columbia Human Rights Act, and for other purposes.

To amend title 11, District of Columbia Official Code, to prohibit the exclusion of individuals from service on a District of Columbia jury on account of sexual orientation or gender identity.

To direct the United States to sign the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons and convert nuclear weapons industry resources and personnel to purposes relating to addressing the climate crisis, and for other purposes.

To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to prohibit certain practices by employers relating to restrictions on discussion of employees' and prospective employees' salary and benefit history, and for other purposes.

To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act to require an employer providing an employment opportunity to disclose the wage range for such employment opportunity to employees and applicants for employment, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of the Interior to remove the statue to the memory and in honor of Albert Pike erected near Judiciary Square in the District of Columbia, and for other purposes.

To extend to the Mayor of the District of Columbia the same authority over the National Guard of the District of Columbia as the Governors of the several States exercise over the National Guard of those States with respect to administration of the National Guard.

To amend the District of Columbia Home Rule Act to provide for the automatic appointment of judges to the District of Columbia courts without the advice and consent of the Senate, and for other purposes.

To amend title 40, United States Code, to eliminate the leasing authority of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and for other purposes.

To amend the District of Columbia Home Rule Act to eliminate Congressional review of newly passed District laws.
