To assign the responsibility for conducting prosecutions for violations of the laws of the District of Columbia to the head of a local prosecutor’s office designated under local law of the District of Columbia.

To amend the District of Columba Home Rule Act to eliminate the Congressional review period for District of Columbia acts.

Washington, D.C. Admission Act

To amend title 40, United States Code, to eliminate the leasing authority of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and for other purposes.

To amend the REAL ID Act of 2005 to allow States to determine whether to require licenses and other identification to list a gender or sex, and for other purposes.

To redesignate Rock Creek Park in the District of Columbia as Rock Creek National Park.

To amend title 13, United States Code, to prohibit the use of questions on citizenship, nationality, or immigration status in any decennial census, and for other purposes.

To amend title 1, United States Code, to provide that, for the purpose of determining eligibility for Federal funds, the District of Columbia shall be treated as a State and any political subdivision of a State or unit of local government, and for other purposes.

To amend the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2017 to extend the availability of identity protection coverage to individuals whose personally identifiable information was compromised during recent data breaches at Federal agencies, and for other purposes.
