To amend certain Acts related to housing to adjust rental payments with respect to certain Federal rental assistance programs, to ban source of income discrimination in housing, to reform and expand the housing choice voucher program, and for other purposes.

Assault Weapons Ban of 2025

To prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex, gender identity, and sexual orientation, and for other purposes.

To establish an improved Medicare-for-All national health insurance program.

Expressing support for the recognition of April as National Arab American Heritage Month (NAAHM) and celebrating the heritage and culture of Arab Americans in the United States.

To address the homelessness and housing crises, to move toward the goal of providing for a home for all Americans, and for other purposes.

Safer Neighborhoods Gun Buyback Act of 2025

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase the earned income tax credit, child tax credit, and for other purposes.

Supporting the designation of the week of April 11 through April 17, 2025, as the eighth annual Black Maternal Health Week, founded by Black Mamas Matter Alliance, Inc. (BMMA), to bring national attention to the maternal and reproductive health crisis in the United States and the importance of reducing maternal mortality and morbidity among Black women and birthing people.

To amend the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act to permanently prohibit the conduct of offshore drilling on the outer Continental Shelf in the Mid-Atlantic, South Atlantic, North Atlantic, and Straits of Florida planning areas.

To limit workforce reduction at Federal agencies, and for other purposes.

To establish a process for the Board on Geographic Names to review and revise offensive place names, to create an advisory committee to recommend offensive place names to be reviewed by the Board, and for other purposes.

To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to make certain improvements with respect to the Officer for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties of the Department of Homeland Security, and for other purposes.

To extend the National Flood Insurance Program through December 31, 2026.

To require Executive agencies to have employment levels in accordance with the levels for which amounts are appropriated, and for other purposes.

To address mental health issues for youth, particularly youth of color, and for other purposes.

American Family Act

To establish Federal policies and procedures to notify the next-of-kin or other emergency contact upon the death, or serious illness or serious injury, of an individual in Federal custody, to provide model policies for States, units of local government, and Indian Tribes to implement and enforce similar policies and procedures, and for other purposes.

To limit the deferral or transfer of Federal funds made available to the Department of Veterans Affairs, to limit layoffs and other personnel actions at the Department, and for other purposes.
