To prohibit offices of the legislative branch from using Federal funds to acquire or display any flag or pennant other than the flag of the United States, the flag or pennant of any State or territory or possession of the United States, or the POW–MIA flag.

To amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to prohibit Members of Congress from making direct and personal solicitations of campaign funds or making campaign expenditures during a Government shutdown, to reduce the pay of Members of Congress if a Government shutdown takes effect, and for other purposes.

To restore the right to negotiate matters pertaining to the discipline of law enforcement officers of the District of Columbia through collective bargaining, to restore the statute of limitations for bringing disciplinary cases against members or civilian employees of the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia, and for other purposes.

To accelerate subseasonal to seasonal prediction skills related to precipitation forecasts for agriculture in the central United States, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to prohibit institutions of higher education that authorize Anti-Semitic events on campus from participating in the student loan and grant programs under title IV of such Act.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to exempt workforce training dollars as income for supplemental nutrition assistance program beneficiaries.

To amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

To provide for Department of Energy and Department of Agriculture joint research and development activities, and for other purposes.

To direct the Department of Energy and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to conduct collaborative research in order to advance numerical weather and climate prediction in the United States, and for other purposes.

To provide guidance for and investment in the upgrade and modernization of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Weather Radio All Hazards network, and for other purposes.

To ensure the rights of parents are honored and protected in the Nation’s public schools.

To exclude certain amounts relating to compensating victims of the East Palestine train derailment, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make permanent certain provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act affecting individuals, families, and small businesses, and for other purposes.

To impose sanctions on the Supreme Leader of Iran and the President of Iran and their respective offices for human rights abuses and support for terrorism.

To amend the Defense Production Act of 1950 to prohibit certain foreign countries from purchasing or leasing property near sensitive sites, and for other purposes.

To amend chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, to provide that major rules of the executive branch shall have no force or effect unless a joint resolution of approval is enacted into law.
