To amend the Federal Ocean Acidification Research And Monitoring Act of 2009 to require the Secretary of Commerce, acting through the Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, to collaborate with State and local governments and Indian Tribes on vulnerability assessments related to ocean acidification, research planning, and similar activities, and for other purposes.

Recognizing June 12, 2025, as this year’s observance of Philippines Independence Day to honor the 127th anniversary of the independence of the Philippines.

Authorizing two Members to serve as joint sponsors of a bill, resolution, or joint resolution in the House of Representatives if one of the Members is from the majority party and the other is from the minority party.

To require the Secretary of State to submit to Congress a report on the promotion of certain policies regarding the effects of sea level rise on the statehood and maritime zones of countries, and for other purposes.

Energy Choice Act

Remembering the victims of the 1989 Tiananmen Square massacre and condemning the continued and intensifying crackdown on human rights and basic freedoms within the People’s Republic of China, including the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, by the Chinese Communist Party, and for other purposes.

To reauthorize and amend the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act, and for other purposes.

Supporting the goals and ideals of National Poppy Day.

Condemning the illegal, international use of flag-of-convenience practices.

To allow the Governor of Guam to determine temporary need of nonimmigrant workers on Guam, and for other purposes.

Calling upon all Americans on this Memorial Day, 2025, to honor the men and women of the Armed Forces who have died in the pursuit of freedom and peace.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to assign physicians of the Department of Veterans Affairs to temporarily serve as traveling physicians in the territories and possessions of the United States, and for other purposes.

To bolster United States engagement with the Pacific Islands region, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to increase penalties for certain computer fraud and related offenses that involve critical infrastructure, and for other purposes.

To improve family and medical leave for military families, and for other purposes.

To amend title 46, United States Code, to allow for the transportation of energy products on vessels between points in the United States to which the coastwise laws apply if at least one such point is in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and for other purposes.

To amend title XI of the Social Security Act to eliminate the general Medicaid funding limitations for territories of the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to include training regarding financial protections under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act in certain financial literacy training programs for members of the Armed Forces, and for other purposes.
